7 Foods You Should Never Eat

There will always be those fattening foods that are easy to make, easy to get, and easy to crave. You think "OK, I know this is bad but it can't be that bad!" Think again. Here are the top seven foods you should never ever feed your family or yourself!







1.Doughnuts

It's hard to resist the smell of a Krispy Kreme doughnut, which is why I never step foot in the store. Doughnuts are fried chock-full of sugar and white flour and loads of trans fat.

According to the Krispy Kreme website, an average 3.5 ounce sugar doughnut weighs in with about 400 calories and contains few other nutrients besides fat. These sugary treats may satisfy your craving but it won't satisfy your hunger as most of the calories come from fat.

"Eating a lot of refined sugar contributes to blood sugar 'swings' or extreme fluctuations," eDiets Chief Nutritionist Susan Burke said.








2. Cheeseburger with fries

The age-old classic may be delicious but think twice before sinking your teeth into that Big Mac. The saturated fat found in cheese burgers has been linked to heart attacks, strokes and some types of cancer.

"In fact, fast-food portions are gargantuan, almost double the calories per meal compared to 20 years ago," Susan says. "Twenty years ago the average fast-food cheeseburger had about 300 calories. Today's BK Whopper with cheese has 720. To burn the excess 420 calories, you'd have to run for 40 minutes. For example, in 1985 a medium French fry had 240 calories, 2.4 ounces. Today's 'medium' is 6.9 ounces and 610 calories.

"This fast-food meal of cheeseburger and fries has way too many calories and fat grams, not to mention grams of saturated fat, trans fat and cholesterol and sodium."

Let's break down this meal. First, take the white-flour bun (refined carbohydrates), then add some processed cheese (saturated fat and trans fat, plus lots of additives and preservatives) and then top off with fried red meat (cholesterol and saturated fats). And let's not forget about the condiments such as the always fattening mayonnaise.

Not sounding so appetizing anymore, huh? Oh, and let's not forget about the infamous side dish. You cheeseburger will most likely come with a side of French fries, which is sadly the most popular vegetable dish in the U.S. Don't kid yourself, French fries are not vegetables, they are extremely high in fat and contain a tiny amount of nutrients.






3. Fried Chicken and Chicken Nuggets

With the recent class-action lawsuit between The Center for Science in the Public Interest (CSPI) and KFC, the health risks posed by fried foods are becoming more public. The CSPI is suing the food chain for their use of cooking oil containing unhealthy trans fats. The lawsuit seeks to order KFC to use other types of cooking oils and to inform customers how much trans fats KFC's food contains.

Foods cooked in highly heated oils (most notably partially hydrogenated oil) have been known to cause cancer, weight gain and other serious health risks if ingested regularly. A 10-piece chicken McNugget from McDonald's has 420 calories, 24 grams of fat and 1120 milligrams of sodium. One Extra Crispy Chicken Breast from KFC has around 420 calories and eight grams of saturated fat. So unless you want to super size yourself, it's best to make a clean break with fried foods.






4. Oscar Mayer's Lunchables

Sure they are convenient and easy, but boy are they unhealthy! These kid-marketed lunches are loaded with saturated fat and sodium. They usually contain highly processed meats and cheeses, white flour crackers and sugary treats. Lunchables get two-thirds of their calories from fat and sugar. And they provide lopsided nutrition since they contain no fruits or vegetables.

"They insidiously promote obesity by making kids think that lunch normally comes in a cellophane-wrapped box," Susan says. "Parents are promoting their children's obesity by buying these items. They're expensive, too. Pack a sandwich and save dollars and health."






5. Sugary Cereal

Not all cereals are created equally. And while your kids might beg for the latest cookie or marshmallow chocolate surprise cereals, it is a safe bet they are about as healthy as a dessert. Keywords to look out for are puffed, dyed and sweetened.

Most kids' cereals are so highly processed they no longer look like the grains they were originally made from. A healthy alternative is oatmeal. Although, if you are buying pre-packaged oatmeal make sure to check the label and see how much sugar it contains, you might be surprised.

"A little sugar isn't a problem but when the first ingredient on the box is sugar, then watch out," she said. "There is no fruit in Froot Loops. But the unsweetened original Cheerios or Rice Krispies are fine, and you can sweeten them naturally with blueberries and strawberries."






6. Processed Meats.





What falls under the category of processed meats? Hot dogs, sausage, jerky, bacon, certain lunch meats and meats used in canned soup products. Almost all processed meats have sodium nitrite added as a preservative.

A recent study conducted at the University of Hawaii found that sodium nitrite can act as "a precursor to highly carcinogenic nitrosamines -- potent cancer-causing chemicals that accelerate the formation and growth of cancer cells throughout the body." So eliminate these meats from your diet before they eliminate you!





7. Canned soup.

Sometimes regarded as a healthy food, soups can be very deceiving. You must stay on your guard because many canned soups have high levels of trans fats, sodium and artificial preservatives such as MSG. Just one serving (which is roughly one cup) can have almost 1,000 milligrams of salt. Also, steer clear of soups that are cream-based, they can be high in calories and fat.

Susan says it is important to "read labels from back to front. Ignore the health claims, and instead focus on the ingredients and serving size. Watch out for hydrogenated fat (trans fat) and sodium. If you're buying bread to go with you soup, the first ingredient should be whole grain -- either whole wheat, rye or other grain. If it just says 'wheat bread,' that doesn't mean whole wheat."

Sleeping in Lights On Can Cause Cancer

KIDS who sleep with the light on could risk leukaemia, parents were warned yesterday.

Scientists have found the body needs darkness to produce a chemical that fights cancer.

Even switching the light on for the toilet, staying up late, travelling across time zones, or the light from street lamps can stop enough melatonin being made, they say.

The body needs the chemical to prevent damage to DNA and its absence stops fatty acids reaching tumours and preventing them growing. Texas University Prof Russell Reiter, who led the research, said: 'Once you go to bed you should not even switch the light on for a minute.

'Your brain immediately recognises the light as day and melatonin levels drop.'

Rates of childhood leukaemia have doubled in the past 40 years.


About 500 youngsters under 15 are diagnosed with the disease each year and around 100die. A conference on childhood leukaemia in London yesterday heard that people were being subjected to more light at night than ever..

This suppressed the production of melatonin which normally happens between 9pm and 8am.

Past research has shown those most affected, like shift workers, had higher levels of breast cancer.

Blind people, who are not vulnerable to fluctuations of melatonin, have lower rates of cancer, it was found.

Parents are advised to use dim red or yellow bulbs if their youngsters are scared of the dark.

Wash Before You Drink

This incident happened recently in North Texas .

A woman went boating one Sunday taking with her some cans of coke which she put into the refrigerator of the boat. On Monday she was taken to the hospital and placed in the Intensive Care Unit. She died on Wednesday.

The autopsy concluded she died of Leptospirosis. This was traced to the can of coke she drank from, not using a glass. Tests showed that the can was infected by dried rat urine and hence the disease Leptospirosis.

Rat urine contains toxic and deathly substances. It is highly recommended to thoroughly wash the upper part of soda cans before drinking out of them. The cans are typically stocked in warehouses and transported straight to the shops without being cleaned.

A study at NYCU showed that the tops of soda cans are more contaminated than public toilets (i.e).. full of germs and bacteria. So wash them with water before putting them to the mouth to avoid any kind of fatal accident.

Why Sugar Cane Drinks Is Not Good

A friend whose father works for the government health department passed on his info. Their job is to inspect all hawkers, their cooked food, their store hygiene, etc. They found sugar cane juice has the highest content of bacteria among all food. In fact, it has exceeded the set limit.

Hence, these guys had to find out why. They went round all sugar cane stores and watched the way the hawkers handled their sugar cane, wash their glasses, their entire procedure. But they couldn't find the problem.

One day, they stayed till closing time and discovered some shocking facts! Whenever, the hawkers closed their stores, they would wash the floor with detergent.. As we know, the remaining sugar canes will be placed at the back of the store, vertically standing and as sugar canes are very porous, they tend to absorb whatever liquid around them. Besides the soapy water, the dirt on hawkers' boots, cats' urine, etc, will all be absorbed?? Now, whenever I eat at a hawker centre, I would warn all my friends about this and of course I stopped drinking my favorite sugar cane juice.



A friend, who loved sugar cane juice, was pregnant. She was always drinking sugar cane juice. Anyway, one day she miscarried and the fetus was already like 6 or 7 months old, I think. When the doctors did an autopsy to find out why all of a sudden the fetus had died inside her, they found traces of some chemical substance, which was found in cat urine. Large traces of it.

While it would not be able to harm adults, it was extremely toxic to babies, what more a fetus? So they tried to determine how this cat urine thing could have ended up in the fetus. This meant that it had to be digested by the mother, right? And the only logical conclusion they could come up with was that since these sugar cane juice stall holders just leave the canes lying around on the wet and dirty floor, it would not be impossible to think that stray cats could have peed on those sugar canes or near those sugar canes. So think carefully the next time you order that favorite sugar cane juice!

Lady Finger : remedy for Diabetes

I recieved this article from email few days ago...

Last month in one of TV program I learnt of a treatment of Sugar (Diabetes). Since I am diabetic, I tried it and it was very useful and my
Sugar is in control now. In fact I have already reduced my medicine.

Take two pieces of Lady Finger (Bhindi) and remove/cut both ends of each piece. Also put a small cut in the middle and put these two pieces in glass of water. Cover the glass and keep it at room temperature during night. Early morning, before breakfast simply remove two pieces of lady finger (bhindi) from the glass and drink that water.

Keep doing it on daily basis.

Within two weeks, you will see remarkable results in reduction of your SUGAR.

My sister has got rid of her diabetes. She was on Insulin for a few years, but after taking the lady fingers every morning for a few months, she has stopped Insulin but continues to take the lady fingers every day. But she chops the lady fingers into fine pieces in the night, adds the water and drinks it all up the next morning. Please. try it as it will not do you any harm even if it does not do much good to you, but you have to keep taking it for a few months before you see results, as most
cases might be chronic.

Health Hazard : Canola Oil

Canola oil is a health hazard to use as a cooking oil or
salad oil. It is not the healthy oil we thought it was.
It is not fit for human consumption, do not eat canola
oil, it can hurt you. Polyunsaturated or not, this is a
bad oil.

Recently I bought a cooking oil that is new to our
supermarkets, Canola Oil. I tried it because the label
assured me it was lowest in 'bad' fats. However,
when I had used half the bottle, I concluded that the label
told me surprisingly little else and I started to wonder:
where does canola oil come from?
Olive oil comes from olives, peanut oil from peanuts,
sunflower oil from sunflowers; but what is a canola?
There was nothing on the label to enlighten me which I
thought odd. So, I did some investigating on the
Internet. There are plenty of official Canola sites
lauding this new 'wonder' oil with all its low-fat
health benefits. It takes a little longer to find sites
that tell the less palatable details.

Here are just a few facts everyone should know before
buying anything containing canola. Canola is not the name
of a natural plant but a made-up word, from the words '
Canada ' and 'oil'. Canola is a genetically
engineered plant developed in Canada from the Rapeseed
Plant, which is part of the mustard family of plants.

According to Agri Alternatives, The Online Innovation, and
Technology Magazine for Farmers, 'By nature, these
rapeseed oils, which have long been used to produce oils
for industrial purposes, are... Toxic to humans and other
animals'. (This, by the way, is one of the websites
singing the praises of the new canola industry.)

Rapeseed oil is poisonous to living things and is an
excellent insect repellent. I have been using it (in very
diluted form, as per instructions) to kill the aphids on my
roses for the last two years. It works very well; it
suffocates them. Ask for it at your nursery. Rape is an
oil that is used as a lubricant, fuel, soap and synthetic
rubber base and as a illuminate for color pages in
magazines.

It is an industrial oil. It is not a food. Rape oil, it
seems, causes emphysema, respiratory distress, anemia,
constipation, irritability, and blindness in animals and
humans. Rape oil was widely used in animal feeds in
England and Europe between 1986 and 1991, when it was
thrown out. Remember the 'Mad Cow disease' scare,
when millions of cattle in the UK were slaughtered in case
of infecting humans? Cattle were being fed on a mixture
containing material from dead sheep, and sheep suffer from
a disease called 'scrapie'.

It was thought this was how 'Mad Cow' began and
started to infiltrate the human chain. What is
interesting is that when rape oil was removed from animal
feed, 'scrapie' disappeared. We also have not
seen any further reports of 'Mad Cow' since rape
oil was removed from the feed. Perhaps not scientifically
proven, but interesting all the same. US and Canadian
farmers grow genetically engineered rapeseed and
manufacturers use its oil (canola) in thousands of
processed foods, with the blessings of Canadian and US
government watchdog agencies. The canola supporting
websites say that canola is safe to use. They admit it
was developed from the rapeseed, but insist that through
genetic engineering it is no longer rapeseed, but
'canola' instead.

Except canola means 'Canadian oil'; and the plant
is still a rape plant, albeit genetically modified. The
new name provides perfect cover for commercial interests
wanting to make millions. Look at the ingredients list on
labels. Apparently peanut oil is being replaced with rape
oil. You will find it in an alarming number of processed
foods. There is more, but to conclude: rape oil was the
source of the chemical warfare agent mustard gas, which was
banned after blistering the lungs and skins of hundred of
thousands of soldiers and civilians during W.W.I. Recent
French reports indicate that it was again in use during the
Gulf War.

Check products for ingredients. If the label says,
'may contain the following' and lists canola oil,
you know it contains canola oil because it is the cheapest
oil and the Canadian government subsidizes it to industries
involved in food processing.

I do not know what you will be cooking with tonight, but I
will be using olive oil and old-fashioned butter, from a
genetically unmodified cow.

Canola oil from the rape seed, referred to as the Canadian
oil because Canada is mainly responsible for it being
marketed in the USA . The Canadian government and
industry paid our Federal Food and Drug Administration
(FDA) $50 million dollars to have canola oil placed on the
(GRAS) List 'Generally Recognized As Safe'.
Thus a new industry was created. Laws were enacted
affecting international trade, commerce, and traditional
diets. Studies with lab animals were disastrous. Rats
developed fatty degeneration of heart, kidney, adrenals,
and thyroid gland. When canola oil was withdrawn from
their diets, the deposits dissolved but scar tissue
remained on all vital organs. No studies on humans were
made before money was spent to promote Canola oil in the
USA .

Adrenoleukodystroph y (ALD) is a rare fatal degenerative
disease caused by a build up of long-chain fatty acids (c22
to c28) which destroys the myelin (protective sheath) of the
nerves. Canola oil is a very long chain fatty acid oil
(c22). Those who will defend canola oil say that the
Chinese and Indians have used it for centuries with no
effect, however it was in an unrefined form.(*) (* taken
from FATS THAT HEAL AND FATS THAT KILL by Udo Erasmus.)

My cholesterol level was 150. After a year using Canola
oil I tested 260. I switched back to pure olive oil and it
has taken 5 years to get it down to 160. Thus began this
project to find answers since most Doctors will say that Canola
oil is O.K.

My sister spilled Canola oil on a piece of fabric, after 5
pre-treatings and harsh washings, the oil spot still
showed. She stopped using Canola oil, wondering what it
did to our insides if it could not be removed from cloth
easily. Our Father bred birds, always checking labels to
insure there was no rape seed in their food. He said,
'The birds will eat it, but they do not live very
long.' A friend, who worked for only 9 months as a
quality control taster at an apple-chip factory where
Canola oil was used exclusively for frying, developed
numerous health problems. These included loose teeth &
gum disease; numb hands and feet; swollen arms and legs
upon rising in the morning; extreme joint pain especially n
hands, cloudy vision, constipation with stools like black
marbles, hearing loss; skin tears from being bumped; lack
of energy; hair loss and heart pains. It has been five
years since she has worked there and still has some joint
pain, gum disease, and numbness.

A fellow worker, about 30 years old, who ate very little

Do you eat this frozen fish called Pangas ?
( Pangasius, Vietnamese River Cobbler, White Catfish, Gray Sole )

Industrially farmed in Vietnam along the Mekong River , Pangas or whatever they're calling it, has only been recently introduced to the French market. However, in a very short amount of time, it has grown in popularity in France . The French are slurping up Pangas like it's their last meal of soup noodles. They are very, very affordable (cheap), are sold in filets with no bones and they have a neutral (bland) flavor and texture; many would compare it to cod and sole, only much cheaper. But as tasty as some people may find it, there's, in fact, something hugely unsavory about it. I hope the information provided here will serve as very important information for you and your future choices. Here's why I think it is better left in the shops (and not on your dinner plates):

1. Pangas are teeming with high levels of poisons and bacteria. ( industrial effluents, arsenic, and toxic and hazardous by-products of the growing industrial sector, polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs), DDT and its metabolites (DDTs), metal contaminants, chlordane-related compounds (CHLs), hexachlorocyclohexane isomers (HCHs), and hexachlorobenzene (HCB) ).

The reasons are that the Mekong River is one of the most polluted rivers on the planet and this is where pangas are farmed and industries along the river dump chemicals and industrial waste directly into it. To Note: a friend lab tests these fish and tells us to avoid eating them due to high amounts of contamination. Regardless of the reports and recommendations against selling them, the supermarkets still sell them to the general public knowing they are contaminated.

2. They freeze Pangas in contaminated river water.

3. Pangas are not environmentally sustainable, a most unsustainable food you could possibly eat - 'Buy local' means creating the least amount of environmental harm as possible. This is the very opposite end of the spectrum of sustainable consumerism. Pangas are raised in Vietnam . Pangas are fed food that comes from Peru ( more on that below ), their hormones ( which are injected into the female Pangas ) come from China . ( More about that below ) and finally, they are transported from Vietnam to France . That's not just a giant carbon foot print, that's a carbon continent of a foot print.

4. There's nothing natural about Pangas - They're fed dead fish remnants and bones, dried and ground into a flour, from South America , manioc ( cassava ) and residue from soy and grains. This kind of nourishment doesn't even remotely resemble what they eat in nature. But what it does resemble is the method of feeding mad cows ( cows were fed cows, remember? ). What they feed pangas is completely unregulated so there are most likely other dangerous substances and hormones thrown into the mix. The pangas grow at a speed light ( practically! ) : 4 times faster than in nature¡Kso it makes you wonder what exactly is in their food? Your guess is as good as mine.

5. Pangas are Injected with Hormones Derived from Urine - I don't know how someone came up with this one out but they've discovered that if they inject female Pangas with hormones made from the dehydrated urine of pregnant women, the female Pangas grow much quicker and produce eggs faster ( one Panga can lay approximately 500,000 eggs at one time ). Essentially, they're injecting fish with hormones ( they come all of the way from a pharmaceutical company in China ) to speed up the process of growth and reproduction. That isn't good. Some of you might not mind eating fish injected with dehydrated pee, so if you don't, good for you, but just consider the rest of the reasons to NOT eat it..

6. You get what you pay for - and then some. Don't be lured in by insanely cheap price of Pangas. Is it worth risking your health and the health of your family?

7. Buying Pangas supports unscrupulous, greedy evil corporations and food conglomerates that don't care about the health and well-being of human beings. They only are concerned about selling as many pangas as possible to unsuspecting consumers. These corporations only care about selling and making more money at whatever cost to the public.

8. Pangas will make you sick - If ( for reasons in #1 above ) you don't get immediately ill with vomiting, diarrhea and effects from severe food poisoning, congratulations, you have an iron stomach! But you're still ingesting POISON not poisson.

Final important note: Because of the prodigious amount of availability of Pangas, be warned that they will certainly find their way into other foods: surimi ( those pressed fish things, imitation crab sticks ), fish sticks, fish terrines, and probably in some pet foods. ( Warn your dogs and cats and hamsters and gerbils and even your pet fish! )
So, when you do your next round of shopping of frozen fish,
or eating out at cafes / food stalls by choosing fish-&-chips, think twice !!

Associated with Eating Raw or Undercooked Green Onions (Scallions)

1.What did FDA announce today?
FDA advised consumers that three recent hepatitis A outbreaks have been associated with eating raw or undercooked green onions (scallions).

2.Does this announcement apply to all products containing green onions?
No. It only applies to raw or undercooked green onions or products containing them. Commercially prepared products, such as salsa in jars, have received a treatment that eliminates the hepatitis A virus.

3.What can consumers do to decrease their risk of infection from hepatitis A caused by contaminated green onions?
Consumers can cook all raw green onions thoroughly before eating them. This minimizes the risk of illness by reducing or eliminating the virus. Consumers can also avoid eating raw or lightly cooked green onions. Consumers who wish to avoid undercooked green onions should also specifically request that raw or lightly cooked green onions not be added to their food prepared in restaurants.

4.Should additional precautions be taken by people with chronic liver disease or weakened immune systems such as patients undergoing chemotherapy or AIDS patients?
Persons with chronic liver disease or weakened immune systems are not more likely to acquire hepatitis A. However, persons with these chronic illnesses sometimes have a more severe form of hepatitis A. People with chronic liver disease or weakened immune systems should consider avoiding raw or undercooked green onions until the cause of green onion contamination has been identified and corrected. All persons with chronic liver disease should get hepatitis A vaccination (see below).

5.What caused the outbreak of hepatitis A in the Pittsburgh area?
The State of Pennsylvania, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and FDA are working together to investigate this outbreak. As of November 15, 2003, the investigation is not finished, and it is not yet known what caused this outbreak. Investigators are now trying to determine if the outbreak was caused by a contaminated food such as raw or undercooked green onions.

6.Has FDA asked the restaurant industry to do anything in response to these outbreaks?
Yes. FDA has informed the restaurant industry of the association of hepatitis A with raw or undercooked green onions in recent outbreaks so that restaurants can take actions to protect their customers.

7.What are the symptoms of hepatitis A?
The average incubation period for hepatitis A is 28 days (range: 15-50 days). This means that symptoms of hepatitis A develop within 50 days of exposure. Persons with hepatitis A virus infection may not have any signs or symptoms of the disease. Adults are more likely to have symptoms than children. If symptoms are present, they usually occur abruptly and may include fever, tiredness, loss of appetite, nausea, abdominal discomfort, dark urine, and jaundice (yellowing of the skin and eyes). Symptoms usually last less than 2 months; a few persons are ill for as long as 6 months. There is no chronic infection with the hepatitis A virus.

8.How serious is hepatitis A?
Most persons with hepatitis A make a full recovery and will never get hepatitis A again. However, in rare instances (an average of 3 in every 1000 reported cases), hepatitis A can be fatal.

9.What should consumers do if they recently ate food containing raw or lightly cooked green onions?
Consumers who have recently eaten raw or lightly cooked green onions and feel well only need to monitor their health. Consumers who are experiencing symptoms that might be hepatitis A should consult their health care provider.

10.Is there a test for hepatitis A?
Yes, there is a blood test for hepatitis A, called an IgM anti-HAV. However, the only people who need this test are those who are showing symptoms of hepatitis A. Persons who feel well should not be tested, even if they recently ate green onions.

11.What is immune globulin (often called IG or ISG) and who should receive it?
Immune globulin is a preparation of antibodies that can be given before exposure to provide short-term protection against hepatitis A to reduce the risk of infection among persons who have recently been exposed to hepatitis A. For maximum protection immune globulin must be given within 2 weeks after exposure. Persons who have recently eaten green onions do not need to get immune globulin unless they have been specifically exposed within the previous 2 weeks to individuals or food involved in an outbreak and believe by public health officials to have been potentially contaminated.

12.Are there treatments for hepatitis A?
There is no medication that treats hepatitis A. Some patients with hepatitis A may need to be hospitalized to treat dehydration or liver complications.

13.Is there a vaccine for hepatitis A?
Yes, but it should be given before an exposure to work most effectively. Hepatitis A vaccine has been licensed in the United States for use in persons 2 years of age and older. The vaccine is recommended for persons who are more likely to get hepatitis A virus infection or are more likely to get seriously ill if they do get hepatitis A. More information on vaccination can be found at http://www.cdc.gov/ncidod/diseases/hepatitis/a/faqa.htm. CDC does not recommend that persons who have eaten green onions get vaccinated, unless a healthcare professional recommends that they get vaccinated because of other risk factors for hepatitis A.

14.Have there been other recent outbreaks of hepatitis A caused by contaminated food in the U.S.? Have these outbreaks been associated with raw green onions?
Yes. Hepatitis A outbreaks associated with raw or undercooked green onions served in restaurants occurred in Tennessee, North Carolina and Georgia in September. The source of the green onions from the Tennessee outbreak appears to be Mexico. The agency has been in consultation with Mexican authorities to obtain their assistance in assessing the situation. In addition, FDA is monitoring certain import entries of green onions for evidence of potential contamination.

Dear colleagues, I am working in Blore Software City ..... I wanted to share an incident of my life with you, hoping that it may be an eye opener to you so that you can live more years.

On 27th October afternoon, I had severe heart attack symptom and I was rushed to the hospital.

After reaching to the hospital, the doctors prescribed a test called angiogram. This test is basically to identify blood flow of heart arteries. When they finished the test they found a 94% block in the main artery, please see the image below with red circle.


At this point, I wanted to share my living style, which has caused this block in my heart arteries. Please see the below points of my life style, if any of these points are part of your life style then you are at risk, please change yourselves.

1. I was not doing any physical exercise for more than 10 years , not even walking 30 minutes a day for years.

2. My food timings are 11:00 AM Breakfast or no Breakfast, 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM Lunch and dinner at 11:00 PM to 12:00 AM.

3. Sleeping in very odd timings, going to bed between 12:00 AM and 3:00 AM. Waking up at between 9:00 AM and 10:30AM ......... Some times spending sleepless nights.

4. I used to eat heavily because of long gaps between lunch and dinner and I used to make sure that Non-Veg is available most of the time, there were times when I did survey on city hotels to find delicious Non-Veg dishes. I was never interested in vegetable and healthier food.

5. Above all I was chain smoker from years.

6. My father passed away due to heart problems, and the doctors say the heart problems are usually genetic.

NEW KIND OF BREAST CANCER - an early warning!

New kind of Breast Cancer

Mothers, daughters, sisters, aunts, friends,
etc. In November, a rare kind of breast cancer was found. A lady
developed a rash on her breast, similar to that of young mothers who
are nursing. Because her mammogram had been clear, the doctor treated
her with antibiotics for infections. After 2 rounds, it continued to
get worse, so her doctor sent her for another mammogram. This time it
showed a mass. A biopsy found a fast growing malignancy. Chemo was
started in order to shrink the growth; then a mastectomy was
performed; then a full round of Chemo; then radiation. After about 9
months of intense treatment, she was given a clean bill of health. She
had one year of living each day to its fullest. Then the cancer
returned to the liver area. She took 4 treatments and decided that she
wanted quality of life, not the after effects of Chemo. She had 5
great months and she planned each detail of the final days. After a
few days of needing morphine, she died. She left this message to be
delivered to women everywhere: Women, PLEASE be alert to anything that
is not normal, and be persistent in getting help as soon as possible.
Paget's Disease: This is a rare form of breast cancer, and is on the
outside of the breast, on the nipple and aureole. It appeared as a
rash, which later became a lesion with a crusty outer edge. I would
not have ever suspected it to be breast cancer but it was. My nipple
never seemed any different to me, but the rash bothered me, so I went
to the doctor for that. Sometimes, it itched and was sore, but other
than that it didn't bother me. It was just ugly and a nuisance, and
could not be cleared up with all the creams prescribed by my doctor
and dermatologist for the dermatitis on my eyes just prior to this
outbreak. They seemed a little concerned but did not warn me it could
be cancerous. Now, I suspect not many women out there know a lesion or
rash on the nipple or aureole can be breastcancer. (Mine started out
as a single red pimple on the aureole. One of the biGgest problems
with Paget's disease of the nipple is that the symptoms appear to be
harmless. It is frequently thought to be a skin inflammation or
infection, leading to unfortunate delays in detection and care.) What
are the symptoms?

1. A persistent redness, oozing, and crusting of
your nipple causing it to itch and burn (As I stated, mine did not
itch or burn much, and had no oozing I was aware of, but it did have a
crust along the outer edge on one side.)

2. A sore on your nipple that
will not heal. (Mine was on the aureole area with a whitish thick
looking area in center of nipple).

3. Usually only one nipple is
effected. How is it diagnosed? Your doctor will do a physical exam and
would suggest having a mammogram of both breasts, done immediately.
Even though the redness, oozing and crusting closely resemble
dermatitis (inflammation of the skin), your doctor should suspect
cancer if the sore is only on one breast. Your doctor should order a
biopsy of your sore to confirm what is going on.

This message should
be taken seriously and passed on to as many of your relatives and
friends as possible; it could save someone's life.My breast cancer has
spread and metastasized to my bones after receiving mega doses of
chemotherapy, 28 treatments of radiation and taking Tamaxofin. If this
had been diagnosed as breast cancer in the beginning, perhaps it would
not have spread...

It just happened to me just now. It was about 12.45 am . I got into a
taxi driven by a malay man. I was in the taxi for a few
minutes, I suddenly heard of a sound of spray and there
was a smell like air purifier. I felt weird as to why
the driver put two types of air purifiers in his taxi.
The smell immediately reminded me about this forwarded email
that I read. I started to be aware of my
surroundings. But the puff of the purifier kept
appears every few minutes. I was very worried and
scared. Gradually, I sensed that my body started to
feel weaker and weaker. The purifier kept puffing from
the back seat, just right behind me. As I really
felt my whole body is weaken, I asked the driver to let me
get down at the side road. But he kept trying to talk
to me and ask me why not dropping me off at my
destination. I think he was trying to drag the time. To my
horror, I felt both of my hands and legs got numbed
and no energy, almost could not move. When I
talked to the driver, I could not even speak properly, not
to say to shout for help, 'cos I was really too
weak... Immediately, I opened the door and ran to
passer-by for help. I really thank God for saving
me. If not, I really can't imagine what would
have happened to me. I am traumatised by this incident.
This is TRUE case. Please do keep in mind! IT IS
BETTER TO BE SAFE THAN SORRY! I feel the need to
share with you guys, no matter you are men or women
'cos it is NOT a LIE , not a made-up story. It
really happened. Do! let your friends, family members
and relatives know about this case. I believe you are
just like me, don't wish anybody to be the victim of
this case. "Please be aware when aboard to a
taxi, especially the ladies." I received an
email some months ago about a lady getting into a cab
and felt uneasy and become faint when she smelt
something like incense being burnt. She was smart
enough to order the taxi to stop immediately and
after throwing some money at the taxi man quickly get
out of the taxi. She later got to know that if she had
not stopped the taxi and gotten out, she would have
fainted and raped by the taxi man (or a gang of rapists)!
After reading this, I thought maybe this was one
of those emails that you would read and just forget
about it, but I was wrong! Few weeks ago, a
visitor to our Chinese church who stayed in Puchong got
into a taxi driven by an Indian man. When she sat into the
taxi, there was a little burner and she could smell
incense burning in the taxi. After awhile, she felt
weak and unable to speak or shout. The Indian taxi man
drove to a lonely road where there was hardly anyone and
raped her. Before she was completely knocked out, she
was told by the taxi guy that she was his number six
victim. She was not only raped but also robbed!
When she was conscious again, she quickly went to see a
doctor. The sad thing is, the doctor knew she was
raped but did not advise her what to do. The doctor
just let her make the decision to make or not to make a
police report. Since she does not know the rapist name
and also the taxi number and in great fear after this
trauma, she told the doctor that she would not
dare to report to the police. The doctor said since she
dare not make the report, he would just have to destroy
the medical report! Because the rapist took her
whole bag with her ID in it, he got her address
and even has the guts to come straight to her house and try
to be funny with her. Please remember not to get
into a taxi that smells funny and if possible don't
get into a taxi alone, and if you have to do so, give a
call or sms back to your friends or relatives and let
them know the taxi registration number and if possible,
the name of the taxi man. AND OPEN THE

Correct way of cooking noodles

'CORRECT WAY OF COOKING NOODLES'
The correct way to cook instant noodles without harming our bodies and
health. `Normally, how we cook the instant noodles is to put the noodles
into a pot with water, throw in the powder and let it cook for around 3
minutes and then it's ready to eat.

This is the WRONG method of cooking the instant noodles.

By doing this, when we actually boil the ingredients in the powder,
normally with MSG, it will change the molecular structures of the MSG
causing it to be toxic.

The other thing that you may or may not realize is that, the noodles are
coated with wax and it will take around 4 to 5 days for the body to
excrete the wax after you have taken the noodles.

CORRECT METHOD :

1. boil the noodles in a pot with water.
2. once the noodles is cooked, take out the noodles, and throw away the
water which contains wax. 3. boil another pot of water till boiling and
put the noodles into the hot boiling water and then shut the fire. 4.
only at this stage when the fire is off, and while the water is very
hot, put the ingredient with the powder into the water, to make noodle
soup. 5. however, if you need dry noodles, take out the noodles and add
the ingredient with the powder and toss it to get dry noodles.
